Claim processing process
Claims can be lodged in all BK Branches. You can use the nearest BK branch office to lodge your claim. A claim with all required documentation is settled within 2 days after the date of receipt. For complicated cases, it takes 7 working days.
Plans to enable clients to declare their claims via their mobile phones are in final stage.
For a claim to be processed, the following information is required:
Filled the declaration form,
Police report, and repair estimates
